Yosinta is an academic with a strong dedication to research in functional food, with a particular focus on its positive impact on human health. Her expertise is reflected in several studies she has conducted, including research on the effects of local probiotics as a preventive measure against Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), a topic of growing relevance in the global health landscape. In addition, Yosinta has contributed to the development of health supplements based on the porang plant, which holds potential for innovative breakthroughs in the health industry. Her skills in in vivo experimentation and microbiology enable her to not only master academic theories but also engage directly in applied research, with the aim of advancing scientific knowledge and improving community well-being.
