Dr. Ong is a scientist with an academic background in Chemical Engineering. His research focuses on Food Engineering as well as waste processing and utilization. As a young scientist, he strives to contribute to the development of environmentally friendly technologies. Several of his research projects involve experimental design techniques, process modeling, biomass conversion, and wastewater treatment.
